Ava ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI assistant for scheduling, messaging, and business operations. This policy explains how we collect and use information when you use Ava, including when you connect Google Calendar.

Information we collect

• Account data (name, email, phone, and login credentials).
• Business data (business name, services, staff, locations, and settings).
• Communications (messages and conversation transcripts used to deliver the service).
• Payment and billing data handled by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
• Calendar data when you connect Google Calendar (calendar identifiers, event details, availability, and sync metadata).

How we use information

• Provide and improve Ava features (booking, messaging, and reminders).
• Sync schedules and prevent double-booking using connected calendars.
• Provide customer support, analytics, and account security.
• Process subscriptions and billing through Stripe.

Google Calendar data

When you connect Google Calendar, Ava accesses calendar data only to provide scheduling and synchronization features. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

Ava’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time to stop further access.

Sharing and processors

We share data only with service providers that help us operate Ava, such as hosting, databases, messaging providers, and payment processing. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and only use it to provide services to us.

Retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion by contacting us.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
