Agreement

By using Ava, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Service

Ava provides scheduling, messaging, and operational tools for businesses, including integrations with third-party providers (e.g., Google Calendar, Stripe, Twilio).

SMS messaging program

Ava is a text-message assistant operated by Ava Intelligence LLC. You opt in either by checking the separate, optional SMS-consent box when submitting your number on our website, or by texting Ava first. Once opted in, you will receive recurring conversational SMS messages related to your requests — plans, invitations, bookings, reminders, and account links. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is never a condition of any purchase or of using Ava — the full service is available on the web without providing a phone number.

Business account holders: operational texts about your business account — booking alerts, schedule summaries, and approval requests — are sent only if you check the separate, optional consent box during signup (unchecked by default). Consent is not required to create or use an Ava PRO account. Each notification type can be turned on or off at any time in your Ava PRO dashboard. The same frequency, rate, and opt-out terms apply.

Reply STOP at any time to cancel (you will receive one final confirmation message). Reply HELP for help, or contact admin@ava.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information — it is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Trials and billing

If you start a free trial, your card will be charged after the trial period ends unless you cancel. Billing and subscriptions are handled by Stripe.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, or interfere with system integrity, security, or performance.

Third-party services

Ava relies on third-party services. We are not responsible for their availability or policies, and your use of those services may be governed by their terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these Terms or for security and operational reasons.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ava is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
